Namma means ours.
In Tamil, namma means ours, namma ooru, namma makkal, namma kanavu. We chose that name because when you join us, your German dream becomes namma responsibility. We succeed only when you board that flight, and settle well after it.
Why we exist
Every year, thousands of talented nurses, physiotherapists and pharmacists from Tamil Nadu, Kerala and across India dream of working in Germany, and get lost between language institutes, document agents and recruiters who promise everything and own nothing.
Namma Global Careers was built to be the opposite: one accountable team that takes you from your first German lesson to your first German payslip. With our presence in Coimbatore and in Germany, you are never handed off to a stranger.
